44th California International Antiquarian Book Fair February 11 - 13, 2011 at Concourse Exhibition Center Features Thousands of Rare Books and Manuscripts from Hundreds Of Booksellers, Plus Book Arts Seminars And Special Music-Themed Exhibits For Collectors and Visitors

Thousands of book lovers, buyers, browsers and sellers will come together when the 44th California International Antiquarian Book Fair returns to San Francisco Friday, February 11, through Sunday, February 13, 2011 at the Concourse Exhibition Center in San Francisco .

Featuring collections and rare treasures from more than 200 booksellers from the Antiquarian Booksellers’ Association of America (ABAA) and the International League of Antiquarian Booksellers (ILAB), the world's largest rare book fair is a bibliophile's delight, featuring a rich selection of books, manuscripts, maps and other printed materials, including incunabula, literature from all centuries and nationalities, fine bindings, children's and illustrated books, ephemera, and antiquarian books of all kinds, such as law, architecture, cookery, science, history and most other subject areas one can conceivably imagine.

In addition to book-related lectures and seminars, the 44th Book Fair will feature a special music theme this year, including a stunning special exhibit of rare musical books and manuscripts dating back as far as the 1300’s from the Jean Gray Hargrove Music Library of the University of California at Berkeley.

Tickets for the 44th California International Antiquarian Book Fair are $15 on Friday, and $10 on Saturday and Sunday, valid for re-entry all weekend. Tickets will be available at the door.
